Translation: The Gates of Heaven.
Yeshive

During Shabbat Service, we learn to listen to the L-rd and also learn bits of Hebrew so we can get even closer to the original scripture.

Periodically we have Biblical Hebrew classes, classes for Classical Greek and some basic Aramaic intro. We all are eager to better our Ivrit (modern Hebrew spoken in Israel, HaAretz).

Children learn Ivrit basics during the Children’s Yeshive which assembles after the Praise and Worship part of the Shabbat Service.

On this page we offer some insights, quizzes and challenges for those who are eager to get deep into the word of G-d by learning the original languages.
